We provide full transparency by providing our clients with a full accounting statement of their auction or sale.  There are no hidden fees – we charge a nominal set up fee that is taken out of your portion of the sale or auction.  We provide our clients with a full settlement statement that outlines all of your items, sale prices and taxes.

Document Identification and Delivery

If you need to locate important legal or fiduciary or insurance documents while emptying a property, we can help find and deliver these documents to you or your designated legal entity.   This is especially helpful if you have not been able to locate them in the home. We understand the need for privacy and we take this part of the job seriously.  

Clean Outs

We can arrange the complete clean-out of a property by removing any unwanted items.
